My Approach
My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet your needs, personality, and cultural factors. I believe in meeting people where they are to help them grow, heal, and achieve the personal changes they want to make. My style is warm and approachable and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment. My therapeutic approach emphasizes a psychodynamic, depth-oriented framework. This often means I work with clients on a long-term basis.
I have extensive training and experience treating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, religious trauma, and relationship concerns. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and emphasize a multicultural framework that embraces cultural humility, respect, and the exploring of salient identities.

Areas of Focus
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy helps you understand how past experiences shape your present thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By exploring patterns beneath the surface, this approach supports lasting emotional growth, greater self-awareness, and meaningful change.
Together, we’ll work toward a deeper understanding of yourself and the roots of your struggles—at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
ADHD Assessment
I offer focused psychological assessments for ADHD and mood concerns to help you better understand your experiences and take informed next steps. Each evaluation is personalized, evidence-based, and includes a clear, strengths-based explanation of results.
Clinical
Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists working toward independent licensure. Rooted in a psychodynamic and relational approach, I believe supervision can be a space to reflect deeply on your clinical work, explore countertransference, build case conceptualization skills, and develop your professional identity with intention.
Whether you're navigating early-career challenges or complex client dynamics, my goal is to support your growth with curiosity, compassion, and clinical depth.
